They improve the fit of your shoes, prevent slipping, and reduce chafing. If you have narrow heels or fall between sizes, our grips will prevent your heels from sliding out of your shoes. The soft vegetable-tanned leather prevents rubbing, reducing blisters and abrasions.

The grips are self-adhesive, eliminating the need for unsightly band-aids. Simply peel off the paper and press them into place inside your shoe's heel. They are designed to be long-lasting and can be easily removed without causing any damage to your shoe. Each grip measures 4.25" x 1.6" and is 0.12" thick. It provides just the right amount of padding without distorting the shoe's silhouette.
